Mixed
Doubles Tournament
The Mixed Doubles
Tournament continues to grow. This is one of our more popular
tournaments and the numbers show it. Thank you to
everyone for supporting this event. Standings will be
available shortly. Check our website for updates.
This years touranment
was held at Westgate Lanes the 2nd and 3rd weekenend in
January. Westgate was having a little trouble with the
sound system at the low end of the house but thanks to Jaque and
her karaoke machine we were able to make the needed
announcements.

Congratulations to
Jennifer Slagter on bowling her 1st
800 series
Jennifer and her sisters
were bowling in the Brunswick & Mike Marks Pro Shop Doubles
Championship at Park Center Lanes on Saturday Jan. 28th. Jennifer
got off to a great start with games of 258, 279 & 277 for an
814 series. She finished off the 4 game qualifier with a
212. This was also while she was changing lanes
after each game. Not an easy feat to do.
Congratulations on a great series. Not too long ago we
printed the 1st 800 series for Jennifer's sister Kim Becker.
That's two out of the four girls now that have bowled an 800
series. I am sure the other two are right behind her.
They are all great bowlers.

people willing to help and we really appreciation that.
Also there is still a
need for women willing to sub. If you are interested please
