In This Issue Final Average Sheets GGRUSBC Board Elections City Tournament Update Annual Membership Meeting Final Average Sheets Reminder to league secretaries,  final average sheets are due June 1, 2013.   All scores bowled must be included in a bowler's average.  That includes position rounds, play offs, hi-low doubles, singles night, pins over average night, etc. Do not include no-tap nights, 3-6-9 nights, or any type of scoring that is not standard American Tenpin bowling. This is a new USBC rule.  Leagues do not have the authority to override this USBC rule. GGRUSBC Board Elections The following positions are to be filled by election for the corresponding terms: 4  Directors - 3 yr. terms Delegates for the 2014 USBC National Meeting - 1 year term Delegates to the 2014 Michigan State USBC WBA Annual Meeting (women only) - 1 year term Delegates to the 2014 Michigan State USBC BA Annual Meeting (either gender provided they hold Michigan State USBC BA Membership) - 1 year term Youth Director - 3 year term Delegates to 2014 Michigan State USBC Youth Annual Meeting - one year term Interested persons must submit the candidate application postmarked by the deadline of April 22, 2013 and be in attendance at the Annual Meeting or have a letter on file requesting to be placed on the ballot if nominated, and accepting the position, if elected. Dear Bowler, As our regular league sessions are nearing it's end, we look forward to finishing up the city tournament, state and national tournaments;  And just when you think it's time to take a break for the season the summer leagues begin. Contact the bowling centers for more information on what summer leagues are available.  If you are interested in the Traveling Leagues for either Classic or Handicap contact Dennis Johnson @ Clique Lanes for the Classic League and Bobby Lomonaco @ Park Center for the Handicap League.  Here's a chance for you to try your luck outside your comfort zone.  Visit different centers and try your luck.
