Scholarships – Applications due April 16

Local Youth bowlers have some fantastic scholarships available.  Traditionally, applications are due April 15th, but with that being a Sunday, applications will be due April 16th.  Bowlers may apply for any or all of these, subject to eligibility. The applicant must be either a graduating senior or a high school graduate less than 20 years old as of August 1, 2018.

The Greater Grand Rapids USBC Bowling association will be awarding up to two (2) scholarships of $1,500 along with up to three (3) $500 scholarships this season. The scholarships will be awarded to the best candidates as determined by the Scholarship Committee.
The Greater Grand Rapids USBC Youth is ADMINISTERING a scholarship in memory of Tony Lomonaco in the amount of $2000.00.  This
scholarship will be awarded at the Grand Rapids USBC Youth banquet in June 2018.
The Greater Grand Rapids USBC Youth is establishing a scholarship in memory of Nancy Weatherbee in the amount up to $500.00 to be given away this year.  This scholarship will be awarded at the Grand Rapids USBC Youth banquet in June.
